BOCAUE, Bulacan – (UPDATED) An bootleg firecracker dubbed “Goodbye De Lima” sent Philippine National Police (PNP) arch Director General Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa and his group scrambling for reserve during an investigation of a pyrotechnics core here on Thursday.
