American Pharoah will try to follow adult his Kentucky Derby feat in a second leg of equine racing’s Triple Crown on Saturday, when a 140th using of a Preakness Stakes goes off during Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore.

The brook colt owned by Teaneck local Ahmed Zayat is a 4-5 morning-line favorite for a 1 3/16-mile race, that has a scheduled post-time of 6:18 p.m.

NBC will have live coverage of a Preakness on Saturday afternoon commencement during 4:30 p.m. EST.

But a build adult for a Preakness starts Friday with a Black-Eyed Susan Stakes, that will be aired on NBC Sports.
